MISSION STATEMENT

Friends of Red Rocks is a grassroots non-profit group whose mission is to involve citizens in preserving the magic of Red Rocks while developing common sense solutions to the Park's many critical needs.

Friends of Red Rocks' mission is the stewardship of Red Rocks Amphitheatre and Park for its visitors by preserving both the magic of the park and assuring its well-being and survival in perpetuity. This mission has had relevance with regard to such recent issues as the renovation of the amphitheatre, open space concerns in the Morrison Valley, concert booking contracts, the Mt. Morrison towers, and encouraging volunteerism.
